About Us

When Neimata was playing with her friends, she received a heavy blow to her left eye. The problems were so uncomfortable that she could no longer go to school. Light for the World and the Mastercard Foundation have partnered to enable young people with disabilities to access dignified and fulfilling work by 2030 through the “We Can Work” programme. We will work closely with the African Disability Forum, and national OPDs in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal.
