Farmers in Mozambique recently took part in a SPARK Agri-Lab, which brought together people with disabilities, facilitators, and design experts to find sustainable agricultural solutions, including assistive technology. Here, they are creating higher and more accessible storage for grain and produce, to prepare for floods and cyclones.

CapAble wins Zero Project Award for promoting inclusive education for African universities

A project to put disability inclusion into action in higher education has been awarded a prestigious prize.

Peter owns a store in a camp for IDPs in South Sudan. He works as a DIF. “I am committed to do more for myself and other people with disabilities. I have been involved in an Organisation of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) for the past seven years and I am really committed to this,” says Peter.
